The Maine Coon cat breed is one of the most majestic to ever exist. They have incredible, flowing coats of fur, giant paws, and amazing, bold personalities. And when they’re full grown? They are absolutely massive. In fact, some of them have been known to grow up to be 48 inches long and weigh nearly 20 pounds!

Here’s a tiny little 3-week-old kitten that appears to be a chimera cat. According to
Geekologie.com, a chimera cat is one individual organism, but genetically its own fraternal twin.The chimera is formed from the merging of two nonidentical twins, therefore they can be male, female, or hermaphroditic. Basically what that means is it was two embryos that merged together, making the cat look like it’s two different patterns.
The owner of this special cat took a photo of what she wakes up to every morning. Wouldn’t you like to see this sweet face staring back at you when you first open your eyes? That’s a great way to start your day.
14.) How fast (and big!) they grow
We told you that Maine Coon cats grow up to be very, very big and here’s photographic proof. This person snapped a photo of their cat at 3-months-old and again at 6-months-old. That’s just a three-month difference!
15.) A 4-month-old beauty
At just 4-months-old, this gorgeous Maine Coon is about as regal and majestic as they come. With long, silver fur, it’s hard not to be in awe of this precious kitten. Don’t you just love those tufts of fur on their ears?

Brutus is a 6-month-old Maine Coon that is clearly comfortable in his environment. He likes to just kick back in his parents’ chair with his luxurious long tail just hanging off the end. And that one hind leg? Too cute!

This is Manny. Manny is 16-weeks-old and his favorite spot to curl up for a nap is in this green bowl. Little does he know, he’ll be growing out of it in no time. They’re going to need a bigger bowl.
If it was me that owned this incredibly beautiful orange Maine Coon, it would be very hard to ever get out of bed if this is what morning snuggles looked like. All you’d want to do is stay in and cuddle all day long.

“Hard to believe, but this is our kitten Huxley at 13 weeks and at 14 weeks. Maine Coons grow up fast,” is what the owner of this cat said when they shared this photo. This little guy went from kitten to adult in the blink of an eye.

It’s hard to believe that this is a real-life kitten with looks this precious! Those gorgeous eyes are absolutely piercing and we love how the fluffy blue blanket looks with their fluffy gray and tan fur. Simply beautiful!
Atlaz is just 13-weeks-old and he’s almost too big for his human sibling to hold him up! As you can tell by those gigantic paws, he’s only going to get bigger. And those ears? They’ll stay forever huge as well.
