Wash and peel a sweet potato, cut it into strips, then put on a baking sheet coated in olive oil. Bake at 450-degrees for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Let cool, then munch away!

“Combine whole wheat flour, wheat germ, melted bacon fat (you get to eat the bacon!), 1 egg and water.
