Each new day brings adventure, smells, and incredible places to pee! Puppies love do to anything that you’re doing, even if it seems boring and mundane to us.
Even a simple gas station or grocery store trip can be the highlight of their day. This story might just prove that!
When one California woman took her puppy to a local Target for the very first time, she was NOT ready for the hilarious reaction she got!
It was just a boring grocery trip, but for her puppy, it was a dream come true. The woman was even able to get some pics of the new experience and put them on Facebook – let us just say that they are beyond cute!
When Zira, a 4 month-old Corgi and Mini Aussie mix, visited Target with her mom Jesse, she enjoyed her experience so much that she couldn’t take the smile off her face!
The puppy sat in the basket of the cart, taking everything in like a sponge. As Jesse pushed her around the store like a personal shopper, she couldn’t help but get a few photos of her adorable pup acting absolutely cute.
She put them on the page Love What Matters and said this:
“My dog went to Target—and look how happy she is! Zira’s a 4 month-old Corgi and Mini Aussie mix; and is in love with anything she can chew!” Jesse shared on the post. “She’s a very social dog who loves to play with her friend, Poppy, the pit bull. Car rides are her favorite—she loves to go meet new friends.”
Apparently, Zira’s cuteness soon attracted the attention of other shoppers, and before long the sweet little pup was already making friends!
“While we were turning a corner, this woman shopping saw her and freaked out!” Jesse said. “She couldn’t stop going on and on about how cute Zira was. Zira just started licking her, and the woman loved it. She even picked Zira up and let her kiss her face! She kept telling us what a beautiful and sweet dog, Zira is. Just another day of Zira spreading love and joy to the world… She loves meeting new people and getting attention!”
The post was so cute that it went viral almost immediately. It quickly got over 50k reactions and 8.4 thousand shares – not to mention the comments!
As it turns out, this was actually Zira’s second trip to Target, but she slept through the whole thing the first time around. This time, however, she didn’t miss any of the excitement!
“This was her second trip, although her first one she just slept the entire time,” Jesse told Bored Panda. “She loves getting new toys, ones that squeak, crinkle, or bounce. And since she’s our first dog, she gets spoiled as much as possible!”
With a face like that, it’s no wonder they spoil her!
With a face as happy as that, we think there is a long future of Target trips to come. Maybe she will even get famous enough to replace Spot the Target Dog as their mascot! Zira sounds just as catchy, right?
