Pregnancy is a tough process to go through.

That’s why most women look for support groups from fellow pregnant women or those who just recently gave birth and could give some advice.

After all, it’s best to get support from those who understand what it feels like.

But what if your pregnancy support “group” isn’t with another pregnant woman?

Here’s a story of how coincidence (but we’ll call it fate) plays in someone’s favor.

TikTok user mama.maners was nine months pregnant when she found a stray cat lying on the side of the road as she was driving home. She saw that the cat was bloody but still breathing. So she took it to the vet.

That’s when she found out that the cat was also pregnant. VERY pregnant

The vet couldn’t keep the cat, especially that it was pregnant.

Although mama.maners never thought of having a cat, her initial instinct was to keep the cat until it gives birth to ensure they are 100% safe and healthy.

“So I took her home because us pregnant girls gotta stick together,” she said on her TikTok account.

In one of her TikTok videos, she shared how she was not even a cat person.

She said that half of her nine siblings are allergic to cats, and so was her dad. Never had she imagined that she’d be fostering one home – and its future babies, too.

She just wants to make sure that the mama cat and her kittens were taken care of.

That time, the cat was injured and looked very neglected. It was 15 lbs. lighter, and it has worms and a horrible eye infection. Mama.maners took her in and made sure she recovers.

She looked for any possible owners, but nobody stepped up to claim the cat.

After the mommy cat gave birth, she made sure that it was dewormed, spayed, fattened up, and fully recovered from her previous state. She did so with the kittens as well.

Fate also had another thing in mind that made their sweet meeting even sweeter.

Both mama.maners and the mama cat gave birth at the same time! Feline pregnancies can last for 63 to 72 days.

How else can you explain that coincidence, given that human pregnancies are usually more or less 38 weeks? It’s got to be fate, right?

Had it not been for our hero TikToker, who knows what happened to the mama cat and her kittens.

“We ended up having our babies at the same time, and our babies became the best of friends!”

She took this cute photo of her baby Kylie and one of the newborn kitten.

Even if she doesn’t intend to keep the cat, she made sure they have a forever home.

So, she put up adoption announcements and created a rigorous selection process until she could pair them with interested fur-parents.

She sent the cat and the kitties to different people she knew- friends, neighbors, and grandparents of her friends.

That way, she and Kylie can still visit them and check up on them as they grow up.
