Nothing is more painful for a parent than helplessly watching your child suffer.
At this point, parents are already bargaining with the powers that may be just so they can live the pain instead of their child. A rescue team found a mother dog in this condition.
Neighbors saw how tense the mother dog was. And when the rescuers got to her location, they understood exactly why she was so anxious.

His fur is matted and his skin is mangy. It’s not as alarming for street dogs like him but another set of movements made the rescuers worried.
His breaths were labored and he keeps on twitching. The unconscious puppy was suspected to be injured but other than that, they can’t point out what really happened.
All they know is they needed to act fast.
And as the rescuers scrambled for tools and equipment, one soul remained in constant vigil. The rescuers think that this mother dog hasn’t left her puppy’s side and it seems like she intends to stay until her child gets back on his feet.
That wouldn’t happen anytime soon, however. He’s slowly fading and he needs urgent medical care.
The rescuers carefully placed the puppy on a blanket.
As they wrapped his tiny weakened body, his mother kept her gaze longingly to him. There’s nothing more she could do at this point. She just needs to trust the team from Animal Aid United to take care of her boy.
The organization has been around since 2002. From a small team of just a veterinarian training a local villagers, they has since grown into a staff of 100 working on 3 leased acres of shelter.
If there’s someone who can help the puppy, it’s these rescuers.
They rushed him into their facility so they can have him checked. They suspected that the puppy is slowly fading because of severe hypothermia.

The rescuers quickly leaped into action. They injected him with IV fluid and cleaned his wounds so he can recover in the soonest possible time.
But alas, only the puppy can decide his fate. He has to fight on, and fortunately, he’s surrounded by people who will make sure that he can.
The team held their breath for the night.
Come morning, they were greeted by good news. The puppy’s eyes were wide open. He finally woke up from his coma.
He was still a bit weak, however, but it’s something that the rescuers can assist him with. They encourage him to eat as much as possible so he can regain his strength. Slowly but surely, he got back to his old sprightly self.
The rescuers went back to the site with a surprise for his mother.
They took the puppy back to the place where they rescued him. He immediately ran up to his mom and suckled on her.
They thought it was the end for him, but fortunately, it’s just the start of a new beginning. Hopefully, he grows up to be a healthy puppy. As for the team, it’s another animal saved, and definitely won’t be the last.
