If food does one thing (besides sustain us, I guess), it’s to bring us together! Sitting around a table and sharing a meal is such a precious and beautiful thing that humans have the privilege of doing. After this video, however, you might realize that dogs love to do the same!
Two hilarious dogs were filmed sitting down for a “family meal” that has since gone viral!
When you go out for a nice night with dinner, a three-course meal is the standard for most places. It seems that the fancier the restaurant, the more courses they add! While all those different courses aren’t necessary, they are appreciated. Who doesn’t like trying as many types of food as they can?
These pups were given a 5-star experience with multiple courses and taste tests!
While most humans are pretty hard to read when it comes to food (you don’t want to embarrass someone and their cooking), dogs are in no way bashful. If they don’t like something, prepare to see it pop right back out! That fact is what makes this video so funny – dogs just do things funnier than humans!
Tucker the golden retriever and his friend Echo the husky get down and hungry for dinner a few months ago!
The first food they get to try is watermelon spheres! So much about food is the presentation and those watermelon sticks looked good! Echo goes first because he is a guest – he seemed to really enjoy it! After the two of them snapped up their share, they were ready for what was next!
For a dog, this is the best kind of day!
Most dogs are exclusively obsessed with food. They think and dream about it all the time! What they probably DON’T dream about is broccoli! When they are given broccoli, both of them excitedly put it in their mouth, only to soon realize they definitely don’t like it.
The next food was one of the best things around – steak!
If there is one thing dogs love, it’s steak! You can’t blame them though, can you? When they realize that they are being handed a slice of steak, the two of them immediately snap it up like they’ve never had it before! After they eat it, it sure looks like they want more!

When the two doods were handed strawberries, I totally expected them to love it! Tucker sucked it down right away, only to show us his face of disgust that proved he really didn’t like it all that much. Echo, on the other hand, seemed to really like his. He even had to hide with his strawberry because Tucker has a bad habit of stealing others food! Since Tucker didn’t like his Echo got two “strawboobs,” as they were called.
After their taste test, it was time for some fun outside.
A good meal and a walk are always a legendary duo. That “overstuffed” feeling that you can get from eating too much good food is easily remedied by taking a walk for a few minutes. It looks like the same is true for the pups! They seemed to be having a great time.
