An encounter with a bear is always scary and it does not end well for everyone who happened to have this kind of heart-thumping situation. Even just by knowing that there are bears nearby their home would easily freak people out. Although, there are instances that a bear encounter could give people a good laugh.
A funny story about bears breaking into a house.
We often hear some news on television or read one or two news articles about a bear breaking into somebody’s house. It is definitely scary, as sometimes, even the owners are unaware of a humongous creature ransacking their kitchen.
This is one serious matter; however, we have also seen hilarious footage on the internet of bears being caught red-handed on a CCTV camera. It is just amusing seeing an animal’s curious activities while venturing into a place unfamiliar to them.

In 2017, a bear was able to break into a Colorado home without the owners knowing. Luckily, the resident, Katie Hawley, was away at that time. The surveillance camera caught the bear roaming about, piquing its own curiosity upon seeing plenty of strange things that could not be normally found in the wild. The bear took its time making a mess inside the home, as well as sniffing random objects and peeking outside the glass doors.
During its investigation, the bear unexpectedly came across a piano in the living room.
There was a piano sitting in the living room where the camera was angled just enough to see a part of the instrument’s body. As the bear walked forward to the piano, its instincts told him to investigate further by putting his paws into its surface. Little did the creature know that his large paws would cause the piano to make a sound.
The bear unknowingly hit the note of suspense.
As the bear happened to strike the piano keys out of the blue, the piano gave off a sound that you usually hear in a horror movie. The bear unknowingly and ironically hit a minor chord that instigates the feeling of fright and suspense.
The bear was not as freaked out as he should after unexpectedly making that sound. Instead, the bear stayed on the piano for a short while. After a few seconds, the bear put his paws down and finally left the room.
The moment Katie arrived home, the bear was nowhere to be seen. Although, she most definitely became frightened after seeing what her surveillance camera caught when she was away. Katie shared the footage on the internet and instantly went viral. Well, it is rare to come across an unexpectedly musical bear as a visitor.
The reason why this thing happens.
We know that it is not only born who break into homes but also small woodland critters that invited themselves in after seeing an opportunity that we fail to notice. This happens because people are the ones who invaded their natural habitat and built a home for themselves.
Obviously, some creatures would be curious about such obtrusive sight. Although, most of the time, animals break in seeking food or shelter to protect themselves from an upcoming storm. Therefore, we cannot really blame them for that, and people should have no reason to purposely harm them for their actions.
