Just like us, our pets develop habits, routines, and rituals. Whether it’s the first feeding of the morning or a bark to remind you when it’s time for their daily walk — our animals become creatures of habit.

The sweet cat in this video has a ‘special goodbye’ that he requires from his owner each and every morning — the adorable level is off the charts.

The sweet-natured cat in the video below is named Ville, and he lives with his owner, Frank, in Sandviken, Sweden. Every single morning before Frank leaves the house; he has to make sure he leaves a few extra minutes to Ville.

Frank is donned in a thick sweater, pants, and boots; ready to head out the door — but, Ville perches on the kitchen counter expecting some love before his owner leaves for the day.

Ville, the beautiful orange cat, isn’t okay with just a pat on the head or a scratch behind the ears — he demands much more affection than that. If his owner, Frank, is leaving for the day — he wants some serious snuggles.

Ville adorably sits on the kitchen counter, full of anticipation; as soon as Frank walks up to him, he’s ready for affectionate cuddles. First, Ville will place his tiny paws on Frank’s chest — almost as if he’s saying ‘don’t go!’ Then, he brings his little kitty face up to his owner’s — mimicking a kiss. The sweetness just continues from there.

First, Ville reaches out to his owner with a stretch of his cute, furry paw.
