Cute animal pictures (and videos!) are pretty much a requirement of daily internet browsing— and this is definitely a great one!

The video was uploaded to YouTube by a woman named Sunny Bayne. A quick scroll through her YouTube uploads shows that she’s pretty into fitness, with many videos depicting her working out and/or demonstrating various exercise moves.

In 2015, however, Sunny succeeded in going viral after showcasing a more “personal” moment from a day she describes as “the best day of my life”.

The video, uploaded to YouTube on August 19th, 2015, is a one-minute long clip showing Sunny making an unexpected friendship with a friendly foal owned by Meg Miranda at Glenmore Ponies. And I can guarantee it is one of the cutest things you will see all day.

In the video description Sunny writes, “After work I decided to go say hello to this precious foal! She galloped up to the fence and was very playfully, naturally I climbed the fence and started playing with her.” (sic)

Throughout the video, you see the social, little foal pushing Sunny to the ground and enveloping her in an adorable pony-sized bear hug.

Sunny’s reactions make the clip so much better to watch, giggling relentlessly, and at one point even yelling, “This is the best day of my life!”

According to Dressage Today, there are 4 basic horse personalities: fearful, aloof, challenging, and social. I’m definitely not an expert, but by description alone, I’m almost willing to bet that Sunny’s new friend definitely falls under the social category.

Dressage Today describes the social horse personality by saying, “[they are] quite interactive and interested in the world… are the official greeters of the horse world… [and] even as youngsters, this type usually likes being petted and made a fuss over…. Social horses are the most likely to welcome you into their personal space, and they may be quite happy to invade yours.”

So, if this video is any indication, I’m going to say that this horse has a social personality, for sure.

But Sunny thinks it’s more than just a personality trait that makes this little pony special, explaining, “I will say, I have been around hundreds of foals but not one quite like this. She is one in a million, possibly one in a billion.”

“This was the sweetest thing that has ever happened to me!”

Sunny’s video has garnered over 2.4 million views on YouTube and 3,000 likes. There’s just something about this happy-go-lucky horse and Sunny’s pure ecstatic joy that really make the whole thing a heartwarming moment to watch.
